Do you need to have a good credit history to travel overseas or just have to clear unpaid fines?

Neither one. I know some of my friends with the worst credit rating you can imagine that travel all over the world!! You can travel overseas as long as you have a passport and you are not on probation or parole. If there is a warrant associated with the unpaid fines there is a miniscule chance that might pop up but I seriously doubt it.
