yes asem is right do IA-ATA course and work for 3 years in a good and well known agency and they u can actually open up ur own travel agency.I m an hsc clear student what are the requirements to be in travel and tourism?
There are some universities in India and abroad which offer a Bachelors Degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Hotels or a combination. You can also do a Business Administration course with majors in Travel and Tourism. You just have to have a good result in your hsc. Some courses require an entrance test, group discussions and personal interviews. International Air Transport Association (IATA) too has a course which is in four levels, however this course can be done along with your bachelors degree in correspondence or by by enrolling at an accredited center. However, in the current scenario it is not mandatory to do IATA as airlines have reduced commisiion to 0 % and has made 100 % e-ticketing. Your presentability, soft and communication skills are rather more important to get a decent job.I m an hsc clear student what are the requirements to be in travel and tourism?
You can enroll to any good IAATA affiliated Institutions in your area .Nothing speacial and easy to get admission
